Client / Project Snapshot

HireCore OS is an open-standard, AI-powered evaluation operating system designed for software developers, candidates, and engineering teams. It bridges the gap between curriculum vitae parsing, domain-specific technical assessment, project-based oral examinations, and real-time performance analytics.

The Problem

Traditional technical candidate screening relies on manual resume reviews and generic multiple-choice tests that fail to evaluate project architecture, code ownership, or domain-specific depth, leading to high latency and candidate evaluation mismatches.

My Role & Approach

Ayush Soni architected and developed the React 19 frontend and MERN platform capabilities, with Rishabh Sharma leading backend systems, REST API security, and Cerebras AI model integration (Llama 3.3 70B / GPT-OSS 120B). Built Docker containerization, HTTP-Only JWT auth, Google OAuth ID token verification, and dynamic resume parsing.

The Solution / What You Built

  • Smart Resume Analyzer: PDF extraction (pdf-parse), job description alignment, and 0-100 quantitative scoring matrix
  • Subject Technical Interview Practice: 5-question dynamic exams across 9 CS domains (System Design, DSA, MERN, DevOps, C++, Python, Java)
  • Resume Contextual Oral Exam: Project ownership testing parsing candidate CVs for architecture and implementation depth
  • Tech Buddy AI Research Assistant: Ultra-low latency Cerebras inference with syntax-highlighted code rendering
  • Multi-Factor Security & Auth: HTTP-Only JWT cookies, Google OAuth 2.0 ID token verification, and Mongoose account enums

Results / Impact

Engineered 6 institutional-grade candidate evaluation modules with sub-second feedback latency, Dockerized environment orchestration, and persistent MongoDB session analytics.
